About
I'm a Tech Lead and Team Lead at Sigma Technology Digital Solutions. I have worked as a backend developer for six years, with particular depth in Azure services and REST APIs, and I'm at home in the frontend too.
I do my best work in agile teams that try new technology. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Örebro University School of Business.
How I lead
The team
I'm responsible for the professional growth of eight people, through coaching, certifications and the social and office initiatives that make a team work well together.
Direction
Clear technical direction, decisions explained with their context, and a high bar that doesn't block momentum.
Mentoring
Pair programming, code reviews with feedback you can act on, and an open forum with backend and architecture in focus. Recently named Coach/Mentor of the Year.
How I build
Architecture
APIs and services with clear boundaries and observable flows: Clean Architecture, telemetry and tracing by default, and unit tests per feature.
Delivery
Small, releasable milestones, risk-first planning and fast feedback loops, with progress that stays visible to stakeholders.
AI in practice
An everyday tool, like the editor and the terminal. It helps me work faster, while the judgement and the decisions stay with me.
Outside work
I'm usually running, cycling or skiing. Everything I log on Strava shows up live on this site, from weekly distance to my latest sessions.
